Experience:
Nancy Jacobson is an associate in Mayer Brown's real estate practice. Nancy's practice primarily involves the representation of private and public funds in connection with their investment in real estate, including retail, office, warehouse, residential and mixed- use properties. She generally represents the finance partner in real estate joint ventures with a developer partner and is involved in all aspects of the transaction, including structuring and negotiating the documentation of the relationship between the partners as well as negotiating the terms of the venture's financing.
