Nancy P. O’Hara has been an associate in the Investment Management Practice Group since September 1999.
Investment Companies. Nancy’s practice focuses on advising open-end and closed-end investment companies, investment advisers and broker-dealers on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.
In General. Nancy graduated magna cum laude from Susquehanna University in 1980 with a bachelor's degree in political science. She received her law degree cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in May 1984, where she was a case and comment editor for the Villanova Law Review. Prior to her association with the firm, Nancy had five years of general litigation experience and three years of investment company experience. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. |
