Ms. Karch 59 was elected a Director of the Company in 2000. Ms. Karch was a Director (senior partner) of McKinsey & Co. an independent consulting firm from 1988 until her retirement in 2000. She had served in various executive capacities at McKinsey since 1974. Ms. Karch is a Director Emeritus of McKinsey and serves as a director of Mastercard Inc. a payment systems brand and processor; Genworth Financial Inc. a company that provides various insurance and investment-related products and services in the United States and internationally; and The Corporate Executive Board a business research company. She also serves on the board and the executive committee of the Westchester Land Trust and on the boards of the American Folk Art Museum and Northern Westchester Hospital all not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Karch’s current term as a Director expires in May 2009. |
