Since 1980, Nancy H. Kramer, President of Hopkins & Company, has consistently received praise from clients and candidates alike. Before founding Hopkins & Company in 1984, Nancy was appointed Vice President of Operations for the national search firm of Spectra International, Inc. With Spectra International, Inc., Nancy had sole responsibility for training and overseeing 27 executive search offices nationwide.

Prior to working for Spectra International, Inc., Nancy was a search consultant for Fairfield Whitney, Inc. Nancy was one of the top producers for her tenure at Fairfield Whitney, Inc.

Nancy holds a B. S. Degree in Business Administration she received from Merrimack College.
