Ms. Hillis joined BB&T in 2002. She has nearly 30 years of financial services experience primarily as a corporate and commercial lender and has earned BB&T’s highest internal recognition as a leader and revenue producer in her previous role as city executive in Tallahassee Fla. She was named as East Florida Regional President in June 2006.
