Myriam Ly is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. She is a member of the Securitisation and Structured Finance Group where her specialisation focuses on, structured finance, investment funds and capital markets.
Prior to joining McDermott Myriam has completed various legal internships at a number of leading International Law Firms.
