Mychal (Michael) works within the Litigation Department at Mackall, Crounse & Moore, PLC. Prior to joining Mackall, Crounse and Moore, Mr. Bruggeman worked for the Department of Justice Civil Tax Division in Washington, D.C. where he represented the nations’ largest creditors, the United States and the IRS, in collection matters, refund suits, trust-fund cases and injunction suits in United States' District Courts.Mychal continues to represent creditors in collection actions as well as assisting other businesses in general litigation matters. His experience includes drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, as well as arguing motions and participating in alternative dispute resolution activities Mychal is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the civil litigation, bankruptcy / creditors remedies, real property and taxation sections of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations. |
