Moshe Nir has been a Director of Orckit since November 2002. Mr. Nir has served since 1990 as Founder and CEO of privately-held Business Directions Ltd., a distributor of analytic management software. From 1985 to 1990, he served as manager of the economics and control department and member of the Executive Board of Elite Industries Ltd., a publicly traded food manufacturer in Israel. From 1974 to 1985, he held senior financial and control positions with Tempo Breweries and Soft Drinks Ltd., Tadiran Electronics Industries Ltd. and Clal Israel Ltd. He holds a B.A. degree in economics from Tel Aviv University, and an M.B.A. and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Information Sciences from the Recanati School of Management, Tel Aviv University. |
