Moshe Arkin 54 has been a director of Perrigo and has served as Vice Chairman of Perrigo since March 2005. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and was the principal shareholder of Agis Industries (1983) Ltd. from its establishment in 1983 (and prior to that of its affiliated companies) until its acquisition by Perrigo in March 2005. He also served as Agis’ Chief Executive Officer from its establishment through December 2000 and from that date to the present as its President. Mr. Arkin also serves as a director of Bezeq Israel’s leading telecommunications provider. Mr. Arkin resides in Israel. |
