Mr. Bond focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, complex commercial and related litigation. He has tried cases and represented clients in cases involving patent, trademark, or copyright infringement as well as theft of trade secrets and related unfair competition claims in both federal and state trial courts and appellate courts. Mr. Bond also provides counsel on the valuation and litigation of intellectual property assets and how to use intellectual property to accomplish business objectives.
