Ms. Paskvan runs our Professional and Client Services Group, working to support our software applications and help clients use our products and services. Her team advises corporate and law firm clients regarding strategy, review productivity, electronic discovery processing, and productions. Ms. Paskvan’s unique background covers both the legal and technology fields. Previously, she worked in the legal industry for more than 20 years at top AMLAW 100 firms. As a case manager, database administrator, and senior litigation paralegal she has worked on projects from case inception through appeal and has lived the fire drills our clients deal with every day. Prior to joining Catalyst, she earned a Masters degree in Computer Science with a dual focus on Database Technologies and Management of Technology. She also posses a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification which is an international ISO standard in project management. Ms. Paskvan is in constant contact with Catalyst clients, making sure their needs are met, answering their questions and helping in any way she can. She wears many hats and is responsible for everything from overseeing complex review projects to demonstrating Catalyst products or consulting on work-flow strategies. When you don’t find Monica working with our clients, development or application support teams, you will find her riding a bicycle or climbing one of Colorado’s mountains. |
