As Senior Accountant, Ms. Ortoll is responsible for all accounting aspects in relation to Skyline’s current real estate developmental endeavors including processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, outside commissions reconciliations, and reconciling escrow deposits. Prior to working at Skyline, Ms. Ortoll held the position of staff accountant for a shipping company where she was responsible for preparing yearly budgets, analyzing financial information and records, preparing detailed reports and recommending methods of coordinating general accounting information. Ms. Ortoll attended Florida International University where she earned a master’s degree in Finance. She also received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance and International Business with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Florida International University |
