Monica counsels corporate clients on various legal, strategic and commercial issues affecting their businesses. She advises on matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets, and commercial business and finance matters.
Monica is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. Graduating from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2005, she was the recipient of the Outstanding Woman Law Graduate Award, Case School of Law Leadership Award and Anderson Publishing Company Book Award - Law Clinic.
Monica received her B.A. from Boston College in 2002. She joined Calfee in 2006. |
