Monica C. Mulligan
Profile : Monica Mulligan is a paralegal in the Environmental Law Group. As part of this team, Ms. Mulligan assists attorneys in several areas of specialty, including brownfields, voluntary remediation cleanups, RCRA and CERCLA issues, environmental litigation, ATC permitting and compliance assistance. In addition, she has assisted with the development of presentations used for various civic and private organizations in connection with hazardous spills and CAFO Regulations. Prior to working with the Environmental Law Group, Ms. Mulligan was a member of the information technology team at Bose McKinney & Evans. Ms. Mulligan has over 20 years of experience in the law firm environment and has been with the firm since 1998.
