Education
Mr. Gali-Velazquez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus in 2003. He obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico in 2007.

Mr. Gali-Velazquez is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He is also a registered Notary Public.
