Mitsuo Nishiumi joined ORIX in 1973 after beginning his career at The Nippon Fire & Marine Insurance Co. Ltd. (currently merged to be NIPPONKOA Insurance Co. Ltd.) in 1972. After a number of positions in the company he was made the Deputy Managing Director of ORIX Asia Limited. Nishiumi became the Managing Director of ORIX Asset Management & Loan Services Corporation in April 1999 and was appointed Deputy President of the company in June 2002. Nishiumi assumed his present positions as President of ORIX Asset Management & Loan Services Corporation in January 2003 and General Manager of the Special Investments Group of ORIX Corporation concurrently in February 2005. In January 2007 Nishiumi was promoted to the position of Group Executive.
Mitsuo Nishiumi was born in 1948 and graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University's School of Business Administration in 1972. |
