Mr. Rosen is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced senior executive who has joined Neutron Enterprises with extensive business development, operations and merger and acquisition experience. Prior to joining Neutron Enterprises, Mr. Rosen was the principal in his own metal trading and consulting businesses, and has been actively involved as an advisor, consultant and investor in numerous businesses in a broad range of industries from technology to manufacturing. In 2002 Mr. Rosen joined Triple M Metal, the largest Canadian Metal processor as Director of its non ferrous metal division. While at Triple M Metal, Mr. Rosen created a metal trading division and succeeded in significantly growing the company's sales and profitability and conceived and developed North America 's newest and most sophisticated secondary aluminum smelter, which recently commenced production. Prior to joining Triple M Metal, he acquired an interest in Dominion Metal & Refining Works Ltd., a Quebec-based metal processing company with revenue of approximately $40 million. While there, he held key operating roles including CFO and COO and grew the company organically and through acquisition from one location in Quebec to seven processing plants and seven trading offices throughout North America , with revenue of over $400 million by the time he sold his interest in the company in 2000. Mr. Rosen graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1980 and subsequently completed his Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy and became a Chartered Accountant, joining the firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells. |
