Mr. Marder was appointed Vice President and General Counsel at CytImmune in February 2006. He brings 20 years of legal experience to the company. Prior to joining CytImmune, Mr. Marder was most recently a Partner at the law firm of Katten Muchin Rosenman, and prior thereto he was a Partner at the law firms of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and DLA Piper Rudnick. His areas of expertise encompass general corporate governance, public and private (debt and equity) transactions, mergers and acquisitions, partnership and joint venture arrangements, and licensing transactions. He holds a B.A., with honors, in International Affairs (Phi Beta Kappa) and a J.D. from the The George Washington University. |
