Mr. Langberg is Of Counsel in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Litigation Group. Based in the firm’s Las Vegas office, his practice focuses on entertainment and business litigation. Mr. Langberg has extensive experience in defamation law. He has represented numerous celebrities and other high-profile individuals in defamation cases against tabloids, book publishers and other media entities. He has also represented businesses and individuals on both sides of libel and slander cases. Mr. Langberg has extensive business litigation experience both in and out of the entertainment industry. He is frequently quoted on issues relating to defamation, entertainment and general business litigation in broadcast and print media. He represents clients at trial, in appeals and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
