Mitch Gage is the Chief Financial Officer of Stone & Youngberg, responsible for all administrative aspects of the firm, including finance and accounting, cash management, human resources, payroll, IT, operations, facilities, compliance, and risk management. In this role, he implements all financial management processes for the firm, including AP, AR, P&L reporting, budget management, capital allocation, portfolio management, and the firm s retirement plan. He is responsible for strategic planning and forecasting, financial oversight and analysis, and all third-party contract negotiations. Mr. Gage has been CFO of Stone & Youngberg for more than 30 years. During his tenure with the firm, he has managed the firm s profitability while upgrading services provided to the firm s clients and employees.
