Mir Arif. Mr. Arif was previously Managing Director of GlobalNet Partners, a venture capital fund focused on enterprise software and services companies. Prior to GlobalNet, Mr. Arif was a Vice President at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in its Technology Investment Banking Group. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Arif was an Associate Director at Peregrine Capital where he developed Peregrine’s corporate finance effort in New York and managed the Private Placements Group in Hong Kong. Mr. Arif has also previously worked in Bear Stearns’ Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Oppenheimer & Co.’s Institutional Equity Research Group. Mr. Arif holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University. Mr. Arif is a Chartered Financial Analyst. |
