Mimi Hoff and Dee McIntosh share the sales and database management at Baysinger Search. They coordinate First Interview and our sourcing procedures.
Prior to joining Baysinger Search, Dee McIntosh and her husband, Bill, a life member of the PGA and former touring pro, have owned, managed and consulted for country clubs and golf courses in the East and Midwest. She is a major fundraiser for a local charity called Volunteers in Medicine, and brings with her a background in nursing, sales and management.
