Milan M. Radonich is Chief Financial Officer of Praetorian Financial Group, Inc., a leader in the specialty insurance industry. Prior to his affiliation with Praetorian, he was Chief Financial Officer of Benfield Inc. Mr. Radonich joined Benfield from Allied North America Insurance Brokerage Corp. of New York, where he was Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he was with Ernst & Young LLP for 27 years in the insurance industry practice.
Mr. Radonich is a Certified Public Accountant, a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and serves as Co Chairman of the Society of Insurance Financial Management’s Reinsurance Committee and served as former Co-Chairman of its Accounting Committee. He also holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the FLMI Society of Greater New York, the New York Area IASA, and the Illinois and New York State Certified Public Accountant Societies. Mr. Radonich has served as a Director since July 2001.
