Mike Vescuso is the senior vice president Administration for BMC Software Inc. In this role Vescuso is responsible for managing the company’s Global Human Resources Community and Government Relations and Global Real Estate activities.
Vescuso has extensive experience in leading Human Resources teams and in helping companies effectively manage the strategic structural and cultural issues of organizational growth. He has more than two decades of human resources and management consulting experience.
Vescuso joined BMC Software in January 2006 from Brocade Communications Systems Inc. where he was vice president of Human Resources. Prior to joining Brocade he held senior executive responsibilities for worldwide human resources at America West Airlines Harcourt Brace Jovanovich Publishers and Portal Software. Additionally he operated a successful management consultancy for eight years working as a strategic advisor with executive teams at companies such as General Electric Metropolitan Life The New York Times and PepsiCo.
Vescuso holds a PhD in psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
