Mike Poe serves as Neogent's Vice President of IAM and ECM Delivery practices where he directs the Consulting Services Organization and Channel Sales. A proven leader in security, Mike brings over 20 years of management and technical experience with several of the world's leading technology and service companies, including Sun Microsystems, Compaq and Waveset.

Prior to joining Neogent, Mike served as the Director of Operations for Waveset Technologies, (recently acquired by Sun Microsystems), where he managed operations for their consulting organization. Previously, Mike led the South Central Region for Vignette's Professional Services Organization. Mike also held several management and technical positions with Tandem Computers (later acquired by Compaq).
