Mike is a Vice President with Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group, LLC. He is an expert at coaching executives, facilitating seminars, creating bottom-line results through teambuilding and aligning corporate culture with company strategy and structure.
Mike has consulted with many Fortune 500 companies such as: Pacific Care Health Systems, Bell Atlantic, Tennessee Valley Authority, Continental Airlines, Marriott, Bell South, NYNEX, Bellcorp, Duke Energy, TEPPCO, and Payless Shoes. He has also consulted internationally with British Telcom, Lucent, and Bristol Myers Squibb. He specializes in working with organizations that are facing challenges around downsizing, cost reduction, increased competition, culture shifts, teambuilding and leadership. Mike is presently coaching a number of executives in Fortune 500 companies. He has extensive experience in working with union leadership and facilitating union and management teambuilding. He has been a keynote speaker at a union leadership conference for telephone union presidents.
Mike has received several leadership awards for his consulting work with businesses in culture change initiatives. He was also the first person outside of the NYNEX companies to receive the prestigious NYNEX Corporate Quality Award.
Prior to joining Senn-Delaney, Mike had over twenty years of successful industry experience with AT&T, Bell Operating Companies and Columbus and Southern Electric. He designed and implemented training programs for Ohio Bell and AT&T. Mike developed and directed compensation for Mt. Bell and participated in the implementation and development of Distributor Marketing for US West.
Mike graduated with honors in Business Administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. His graduate work has been in Organizational Development. He and his wife reside in Denver, Colorado. He has two grown children and four grandsons. In his spare time, Mike enjoys working out, jogging, golf, hiking and reading. |
