Mike Lynch is group president of the Medical Products Manufacturing segment of Cardinal Health. In this role he is responsible for leading the sales and operations of the company’s self-manufactured product line which includes surgical instruments and infection prevention products.
Previously he was president of Medical Specialties responsible for leading the medical device offerings. Lynch joined the corporation in 1984 as a sales representative for the V. Mueller division and in 1987 was promoted to region manager of the Operating Room division. From there Lynch held a number of global sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility within the V. Mueller division including vice president/general manager of the Thermal business group in 1995 and given additional responsibility for Special Procedures in 1996 ER Systems (1997) Bauer Medical Inc. (1998) and Jack Frost Laboratories Inc. (1999). Lynch then served as president of the Gloves business for five years before being named president of Medical Specialties.
