Mike Lehman, General Manager, with Cardinal since 1995. Mr. Lehman has served as the Corporate Legal Counsel since 1984. Mike is also a member of Cardinal Board of Directors and a member of the Corporate Planning Group. Educated at Linfield College, Mr. Lehman has a B.S. in Liberal Arts and holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Willamette University, 1978. Mike had a solo practice law firm from 1978-1995. He also served as Oregon State Representative from 1995-2001 and served three terms as Vice Chair of Transportation, as well as serving on the 1999 Exit Budget Negotiation Team. Mike is now currently serving on the Coos Bay School Board of Directors, Oregon School Board of Directors and founder and member of the Coos County Methamphetamine Task Force. Recipient of the Cardinal President’s Award in 2002. |
