Mike likes to ride his bike. In fact, Mike likes to ride his bike so much, he's logged 50,000 miles since 1999. So why this very Forrest Gumpian obsession with pushing pedals? Simple. When Mike sets his mind to do something, he goes all out. As vice president of finance, Mike goes all out leading imc˛'s finance and accounting function, tackling things like fiscal planning, internal and external reporting, investor relations and new business opportunities with a seemingly endless supply of go-go juice. Mike brings more than 20 years of financial experience to the table, including planning and analysis, systems and reporting, treasury, accounting, risk management and investor relations. Before imc˛, Mike served in an executive consulting role at Alliance Data. He was also chief financial officer for Lighting Science Group Corporation, where he oversaw all aspects of its financial operations, including accounting, financial and SEC reporting and budgeting. Before that, he held executive positions with MetroPCS, Excel Communications, Inc./Vartec Telecom, Inc. and BancTec, Inc. Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and is a certified public accountant. |
