Mike Fuller, Senior Vice President, Global Field Services, leads the professional services organization at Jacada. Mike has more than 26 years of services management experience in the telecommunications industry, with extensive expertise managing large technical teams. He has a consistent history of successfully leading large, complex integration programs, services delivery and customer operations around the globe. Most recently Mike was Director of Customer Operations for Alcatel-Lucent where he was responsible for all aspects of customer deliverables and system integration for new mobile TV technology. Mike has also held a number of key positions within Lucent Technologies, Bell Laboratories and Alcatel-Lucent, including sales, supply chain, professional services and program management. He holds a master's degree in engineering science and mechanics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. |
