Over the past two years Mike Khattab has been responsible for Lakeview Technology’s sales activities in EMEA and Latin America including managing country managers. He oversees expanding the partner network and increasing customer bases at the country level. Mike manages existing partner networks in more than 50 countries, while improving coverage models on the regional level and working closely with IBM executives as well as IBM on the country level. Mr. Khattab has increased the partner coverage by 25%, revenue by 20% and the customer base by 15% in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.



With more than 15 years of experience in the high availably business and channel management, Mr. Khattab is a proven performer on all levels of international sales and management. Mr. Khattab is an expert on executing sales strategies that grow revenue and increase market share. Mr. Khattab has served in many different roles at Lakeview Technology, and been involved at all levels of information availability projects. Mr. Khattab’s expertise in Large Accounts projects and working with multi-national organizations and Fortune 500 companies helped to grow the high availability market in general and increase awareness of the importance of the solutions.



Prior to joining Lakeview, Mr. Khattab held a variety of technical positions working at the Board of Trade of Chicago as an operations manager. Since Mr. Khattab was using HA technology at that time, this technical background helped him educate his customer base to understand the importance of high availability in their own businesses. He holds a Bachelor’s of Information Technology from Northeastern University in Illinois with minor in business administration.
