Mr. Gavrilovic is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive
experience developing and directing products and technologies for global
markets. He has managed P&L’s and operating budgets to $25M,
outsourced manufacturing, and supervised staff up to 200. He has also:

Mining Technology. Since 1982 Mr. Gavrilovic has been actively
engaged in mining construction, operations and maintenance for
Australian and U.S. mining operations, holding engineering, senior
management and business development positions. He has managed
mineral processing plants and personnel; managed the construction and
commissioning of a gold processing plant; directed business
development for an international brokerage firm that handled mining,
chemical plants and equipment sales; and led the development and
commercialization of cost-effective, innovative industrial rock breaking
products to improve productivity in mining, as well as in the civil
construction and demolition industries. In the latter position, he also
devised a mine blockage clearance system to eliminate the potential for
operator fatalities in hazardous situations, formulated mechanized
technologies to target the South African market as well as other untapped
markets, and was awarded 5 U.S. patents for products that achieved
international success.
Gas Engine Control Systems. Mr. Gavrilovic directed R&D efforts
leading to the development of a low emission engine control system. He
then successfully marketed the technology relative to competitive
products, and negotiated the sale of the product to a European engine
manufacturer.
