During her tenure with Lominger, Ms. Weitzman has helped companies build competency models, design and audit succession planning implementations, and implemented 360° feedback systems. In addition, Ms. Weitzman has overseen the development of a new employee engagement survey focused on high potentials.
Prior to joining Lominger, Ms. Weitzman worked for Sirota Consulting, an employee opinion survey consulting company, where she was responsible for working with large clients to design, administer, and analyze the results of employee engagement surveys.
Ms. Weitzman was also with Aon Consulting where she developed competency models for both internal and external clients. In addition, she redesigned the staffing process for several companies.
Ms. Weitzman has also held significant corporate roles at both American Express, where as the director of assessment and selection she was responsible for all non-exempt hiring systems as well as IBM where she served in both a line HR job profiling jobs within the global financing organization and as an internal survey expert.
Ms. Weitzman earned both her master’s and Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Akron. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston College.
