Michelle DiCintio is responsible for overseeing the legal, compliance and facilities matters in North America, including risk management, security, compliance and ethics. Michelle joined Serco in 2007, bringing with her more than 14 years of experience in providing legal counsel to senior corporate management on compliance and governance issues, as well as merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions. Michelle was an attorney with Jenner & Block and Dickstein Shapiro before joining General Dynamics Corporation as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. She managed more than 30 merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions, including the General Dynamics acquisitions of Anteon and Veridian. Michelle holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Redlands. |
