Michelle Harkavy concentrates her practice on affirmative action and employment litigation, including, but not limited to, OFCCP compliance and audits, discrimination and harassment cases, and EEOC charges. She assists clients in preparation of affirmative action plans and oversees OFCCP audits. She also drafts employee handbooks and conducts policy and handbook review. Additionally, she conducts and presents management training programs. Michelle is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts, as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee, the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, the Western District of Michigan and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the American and Federal Bar Associations and of the Memphis and Shelby County Bar Association. She is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the Memphis Bar and a member of the Labor and Employment sections of the American Bar Association.
