Michele joined The Brenner Group in 1998, and has served technology companies for more than 20 years in finance, accounting and information technology. As a Brenner Group team member, she has worked for Fortune 50 companies as well as start up companies, giving her the breadth of knowledge and flexibility to contribute rapidly and effectively to emerging as well as mature organizations. Prior to The Brenner Group, Michele managed large finance organizations and led the implementation of complex projects including divisional restructuring, downsizing, systems implementation and division splits. Michele successfully built and managed the accounting, finance and administrative organizations of emerging companies during both growth and cost reduction periods. She has a strong business controls background evidenced by the successful establishment of policies, procedures and metrics in a variety of environments, resulting in clean audits. She is also an effective member of the executive team, active in the formulation and implementation of company business and financial strategies. Prior roles include investment officer at the Bank of America World Banking Division, financial analyst, cost accounting manager and division controller positions with Hewlett-Packard, and CFO roles with two emerging growth companies in the electronics and biotechnology fields. Michele holds an MBA from Washington State University and a B.S. degree in Finance and Marketing from HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in Paris, France. |
