Ms. Nakazawa joined the company in March 2004 as vice president and controller. In January 2005, Nakazawa was promoted to senior vice president and appointed to serve as CFO. She has more than 20 years experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining the company, Nakazawa held various positions, including CFO of Ubizen, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of a publicly-held Belgian company, from 1999 to 2003; controller and treasurer of National Security Analysts, Inc. from 1991 to 1997, and financial analyst for Federal Systems Division of IBM, Inc. from 1983 to 1990. Nakazawa is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Science in Accounting from American University and a Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry from Goucher College. |
