With ActioNet since 2001, Ms. Hoopes:
Responsible for implementing, managing, and communicating policy and procedures to ensure quality products and services are provided to ActioNet customers.
Provides Program Oversight of the Software Development and Process Improvement contracts.
Mentors ActioNet Project Managers towards the PMI Certification track.
Chairs the ActioNet Process Enhancement Group (PEG).
Manages ActioNet’s internal Process Improvement Efforts geared towards CMMI and ISO.
Ms. Hoopes has 20 years of IT experience, 14 of which have been concentrated in Software Development and Project Management. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems & Decision Sciences from George Mason University. |
