Michael is the Southern California Managing Partner for Mohr Partners, a national provider of real estate consulting services. Mohr Partners services the portfolios of over 75 corporations providing strategic planning, brokerage, lease administration and construction management. He has been involved with commercial real estate since 1981, and is experienced in portfolio management, brokerage, development, entitlement, property management and investment sales. He started his career with the Grubb & Ellis Company, achieving the exclusive status of Vice President, a designation given only to the upper seven percent of the firm's brokers nationally. Michael was a Top Producer four times, and Top Office Producer twice, representing his clients on over half of a billion dollars of contracts.A select list of Michael's clients include, Square D corporation, Word & Brown Insurance, Apria Healthcare and Even, Crandal, Wade, & Lowe. He graduated from A.S.U. in 1980 with Bachelor of Science in business and received his M.B.A. from A.S.U. in 1981. Michael lives in Newport Beach with his wife Shannon and two children. He is active with the United Way of Orange County serving both on the Board of Directors and as Vice Chairman of the Finance committee. |
