Michael Newbold is Executive Vice-President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mike joined C&S in November 2005 as Senior Vice-President and General Counsel responsible for C&S’s legal function. Mike has become a valued member of the Executive Committee of C&S and has worked on many of our largest customer relationships, business development opportunities and other strategic initiatives. Mike has been instrumental in developing C&S’s customer supply agreements and in working with other members of executive management to conceive a new customer engagement model. Mike also oversees legal compliance, labor and employment law and litigation management for C&S. Mike previously served as the Chief Legal Officer of Wipro Technologies, a $3 billion technology business focused on IT outsourcing, application development and business process outsourcing. Mike also spent three and a half years as Vice President & General Counsel and member of the founding management team of NerveWire, a consulting and systems integration firm that ultimately was acquired by Wipro. Mike brings additional experience as a private practice attorney with the Washington, DC law firm Morgan Lewis. Mike earned a BA in History from Yale University, cum laude, and graduated with honors from Duke University School of Law. |
