R. Michael Momboisse is of counsel in the Corporate Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Mr. Momboisse has extensive experience advising and representing clients in a wide range of corporate matters, with particular emphasis in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, venture capital financings, initial and secondary offerings, protection of corporate and intellectual property, compensation planning and legal aspects of business formation. Having spent a significant portion of his career as a senior executive of an early stage venture capital firm and as Chief Financial Officer and head of M&A for a publicly held corporation, Mr. Momboisse's legal expertise is supplemented by a real hands on practical understanding of the day-to-day operational and strategic needs of his clients.
