Michael Martinez is the Vice President of Asset Management located in Century City, California and is responsible for our Southwestern portfolio. Prior to joining the company in 2004, Mr. Martinez was an independent consultant specializing in providing affordable housing portfolio and asset management services to some of the top companies in our business. Prior to his consulting experience, he was the Senior Vice President and Director of Asset Management for the National Partnership Investment Corp. in Beverly Hills. Mr. Martinez was also the Director of Asset Management for Lehman Housing Capital, Inc. in New York, a Senior Asset Management Officer for the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation, and an Asset Manager for Boston Capital Partners. Mr. Martinez is a UCLA graduate and has completed the Metropolitan College for Real Estate Studies program at Boston University.
