Michael Martin serves as president of Brooklyn NY Holdings LLC (BNYH), an asset and investment management firm of the Lerner Family, which he joined in 2006. Before joining BNYH, he served as vice chairman and managing director of UBS Investment Bank. He was Global Head of UBS’ Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group between 2002 and 2006, and managing director and head of Global Banks and Diversified Finance of Credit Suisse First Boston from 1987 to 2002. Before that, he practiced law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, from 1983 to 1987. Mr. Martin serves on the Board of Directors of Aston Villa Football Club and Arena Media Networks, LLC.
