Michael Korslin, Vice President, Finance, joined the company in July of 2004. Prior to joining Centrad, Michael was an Investment Executive with ML Stern & Co. in San Diego, California. Michael is responsible for the development of Centrad’s capital structure including Senior and Subordinated Debt credit facilities and maintenance of the company’s lender relationships. Michael is also responsible for controlling the company’s asset management systems including the development and implementation of its inventory control and capital appropriations budget monitoring systems. Each of the company’s investments and all new business opportunities are evaluated to determine IRR prior to making the investment. He also tracks and trends the company’s key operational and financial metrics including cash flow, hold log, EBITDA and DSO performance. Michael has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. |
