Michael Ippolito, President of Ballard Designs, Inc., joined the company in July 2002. Mr. Ippolito brought over seventeen years of senior level experience across direct marketing, retail management, e-commerce and merchandising. He served as the President of Domestications, a division of Hanover Direct specializing in Home Furnishings, as well as the Senior Vice President and General Merchandising Manager for Popular Club Plan, a division of J. Crew. Mr. Ippolito previously held various positions spanning over twelve years in retail management. He held the Divisional Vice President Home Store position of Filene’s Department Store, a division of May, Co. and served as the Divisional Merchandise Manager at B. Altman & Company as well as Abraham & Strauss. Mr. Ippolito is a graduate of Hofstra University. |
