Dr Fox is board-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile. Dr Fox completed a residency at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tenn, which included rotations at St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. After residency, he worked for 12 years at LabCorp’s Memphis-area laboratory, serving there for 10 years as medical director. In 1996, Dr Fox joined DIANON Systems, where he was involved primarily in the gastrointestinal pathology service. After 8 years with DIANON, he transferred to DIANON-North Carolina as co-director of gastrointestinal pathology. |
