Michael Cramer, Controller, is responsible for managing Legerity's accounting, finance, and treasury functions. Cramer joined Legerity shortly after the company's inception.
Before joining Legerity, Mr. Cramer was Vice President of Business Development at HealthAnswers.com. In that role he focused on merger and acquisition activities. Prior to that, Mr. Cramer was a Manager in the audit practice at Ernst & Young and served clients in the public and private sectors.
Mr. Cramer is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Houston. |
