Mr. Brokaw oversees VMD's software development methodologies and provides subject matter expertise in market analysis and corporate strategy. He has led efforts at both government agencies as well as commercial organizations to refine and adopt CMM processes while delivering enterprise software solutions. His current technology focus includes federal identity management initiatives, data warehouse and reporting, and developing strategies for migrating legacy applications to new technologies. Prior to joining VMD, Mr. Brokaw served as the Director - Strategy Consulting Services for DDLabs, a software development and consulting firm. While at DDLabs, he spearheaded the strategy behind the company's business model shift from project-based consulting to offshore technology development, while simultaneously leading the firm's Strategy Consulting practice. Mr. Brokaw began his career in the Investment Banking industry where gained expertise in the analysis of market trends and financial statements of public companies. |
