Michael Baresich is Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer of CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) a leading global commercial and consumer finance company.
Baresich is responsible globally for all information technology at CIT including strategy architecture application development infrastructure and risk management.
Prior to CIT he served as Managing Director and Global Chief Information Officer for Citigroup Asset Management. Before Citigroup he was co-founder and CEO of CoKinetic Systems Corporation where he developed and patented software products for major clients in the financial services consulting and airline industries.
Prior to this Baresich was Global Head of Operations and Technology for Deutsche Asset Management. He joined Deutsche when it acquired Bankers Trust in 1999 where he spent over 15 years in a number of key business and technology management positions.
Baresich received his BA from Binghamton University an MA from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of CoKinetic Systems Corporation. |
