Michael R. Bandemer is a managing director with LECG. He has substantial experience in litigation and business consulting and brings to his clients the unique combination of experience and education in both the technology and accounting/economic disciplines.
In the context of technology related services, Mr. Bandemer has managed, analyzed, consulted, and testified in complex matters involving ediscovery, computer forensics, and data analysis. His experience in this area includes consulting clients on the discovery, collection, preservation, analysis, processing, review, and production of electronic information and media in matters involving misappropriation of assets, intellectual property theft, SEC investigations, receiverships, financial investigations, employee misconduct, wage and hour class actions, and commercial litigation amongothers. He is regularly asked to present continuing education lectures and seminars to clients and organizations on the topics of ediscovery and computer forensics. In 1998, Mr. Bandemer founded CD-LIT Solutions, a software licensing and services company, which was recently issued a patent for its innovative approach to the organization and management of electronic images and information used in its proprietary software products and solutions.
Mr. Bandemer has extensive experience in the investigation, analysis, quantification, and resolution of complex economic loss and accounting problems presented in the business and litigation environments. His experience includes providing consulting services and qualified expert testimony in matters involving forensic accounting, financial/fraud investigations, commercial and economic damages, wage & hour class action damages, business disputes, insurance claim investigations, marriage dissolutions and other matters requiring the analysis of accounting, economic and financial related issues. He has provided qualified testimony and/or reported opinions in federal court and in California and Nevada state superior courts, as well as, arbitration and mediation. Mr. Bandemer's industry experience is diverse and includes involvement in the technology, financial services, construction, professional services, gaming, hospitality, retail, auto, railroad, entrepreneurial business, manufacturing, and real estate environments. |
